Sometimes you will get a client that needs subtle adjustments and some enhancement rather than our standard "complete overhaul of dreadful 90's brows", you know what I'm talking about. In this case, like in the photo below, you can enhance what you love about the brow (ie. fullness in front, lovely arch and overall length of brow) while building up what is off balance (ie. sparsness at on top, thinness at the arch, slight symmetry issue in the arches and bringing the inside in further).
Too often I see artist keep the fronts super big and bold and play into the tiny tail... this, especially on a dark haired client, can make them look angry and will definitely be off balance, leaving them with a very unflattering brow. Here are some examples of what not to do:
