For years I jumped through HOOPS to get Bioderma Micellar Water before it was available to the masses until I found this one from Garnier, available at every retailer you can think of, including our beloved Amazon.
I fell in love with using a micellar water a few years ago when I really started taking care of my natural lashes. I had tried extensions and kept up with them for about 6 months but honestly the damage and hassle, for me, out weighed how pretty they made me feel. I started using a lash serum and thought, maybe I should be gentler to my lashes when removing my mascara, I bet that would help! And it did! I loved the Bioderma Micellar Water for a long time but then it was very hard to get a hold of, quite expensive ($16 plus shipping), really bulky and I couldn't refill the travel size to take with me on the road so I started testing out every new one that hit the market until I tried the one by Garnier with the PINK lid. Guys!!! I had found the dupe and at half the price ($6)! I could get it anywhere AND I could refill the travel size bottle too!
HOW I USE IT
As you can see I now order them 4 at a time from Amazon Prime and I use it every night without fail. I soak two cotton rounds and place them gently on my eyes for about one minute, moving the around slightly to loosen the mascara. Then in one or two swipes, voila, all of my mascara, eye makeup and brows are off and I'm ready to cleanse! Something new I've been doing lately to cut down on waste and cut back on budget is taking the same amount on a Kara's Kloth (you can pick one up next time you come into the shop) and using it instead of the cotton rounds, then using it over again to cleanse my whole face. Either way, the point is, this is the best micellar water you'll ever try, I am super confident in saying that by the way. Your lashes will thank you, your towels and pillow cases will rejoice and you'll have saved a few dollars along the way!
